About us

At Operation 4, various procedures within hand surgery are performed. The operations are diverse and include everything from day surgery and emergency procedures to nationally specialized healthcare in joint prosthesis surgery, arthroscopy, microsurgery, and more. In certain specialized areas, the catchment area is all of Sweden, and we operate on all ages, from children to adults. Children who are operated on with us are from 1 year and 10 kg and upwards.

As one of us, you will have the opportunity to follow the care chain and experience variation in your tasks. The hand surgery clinic has three operating rooms with pre/postoperative patient care.

Job Responsibilities

You will work with everything from day surgery to advanced national healthcare. The work is both independent and team-based with various professions. As a nursing assistant, you will encounter a mix of different types of procedures. There is an opportunity for development and further education at the clinic.

About you

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant. Experience from surgery and familiarity with Melior, T-doc, and Orbit is an advantage. You are engaged, solution-oriented, open to change, and creative. You enjoy workflows and working in a team, are flexible, and thrive with varied tasks. In interactions with patients and colleagues, you maintain an open, professional, and empathetic approach.
