We are looking for a coordinator within the Property Unit.

The position involves operational coordination and support to the unit manager, as well as practical work during peak loads within the unit. This includes hands-on work with operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks within properties and parks.

The work involves both internal and external contacts with operational managers, contractors, tenants, property managers, municipal citizens, etc. Coordination of staff and maintenance planning. Identify opportunities and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

We are looking for a future employee with a high school education in property management, HVAC, electrical, automation, or construction/installation, or documented experience in the above areas that is deemed equivalent. You enjoy varied tasks, are structured and service-oriented in your approach. You are also accustomed to working independently with customer contacts.

If you have further education in operational technology or equivalent technical education, control and regulation, ventilation, or qualifications in electrical and heating/cooling, this is an advantage.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

A driver's license (B) and a snowmobile license are required.
