Welcome to our cheerful team! We are looking for someone interested in people, health, and leisure for a position that is primarily 72% as staff in our popular swimming and sports hall and 28% as a leisure leader at our youth meeting place.

Your tasks include welcoming and guiding customers in the swimming and sports hall, maintaining the facilities, handling the cash register, being a lifeguard, and performing cleaning and minor maintenance and repairs. At the youth meeting place, you will plan activities, prepare for posters, and work with young people regarding their wishes for leisure activities and opportunities for influence. The position involves scheduled work on days, evenings, and weekends. We welcome your application!

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who easily connects with people of all ages. Hospitality, a strong sense of service, and a positive attitude are important. It is essential that you are skilled at working in a team, collaborating, developing the group's work, and taking responsibility for the whole together with your colleagues. Therefore, you must have good social skills and be communicative with children, teenagers, and adults. Experience in service work, with children and youth, cleaning, and poster preparation is an advantage.
