Your new job

As the responsible handyman with us, you will play a key role in ensuring that our facilities and surroundings are kept in top condition, contributing to a memorable experience for our guests.

You will have varied tasks involving all types of property maintenance, where you perform minor repairs and maintenance work in our tree rooms and common areas. You will also be responsible for the upkeep of the property's outdoor environment, including gardening and snow removal. Furthermore, you will monitor and adjust heating systems and other technical installations.

In addition to property work, other everyday tasks will also be included. This can range from assisting with rearrangements and preparations for meetings or events, to refueling cars and helping guests to their rooms. We help out wherever needed! All to create the best hospitality and the best experience for our guests. The position includes some supervisory responsibilities and is during the day on weekdays and holidays, but may involve some evening work and on-call duties.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who wants to help us exceed our guests' expectations. You are a handy service person who enjoys solving problems. Your unpretentiousness means you are always ready to pitch in where needed at the moment. You are thorough and proactive, ensuring that tasks are completed on time. You are a flexible and positive force to rely on, ensuring that operations are conducted according to Treehotel's concept. It is important that you are a good team player. You have good communication skills and are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A B driver's license is required, and if you have a snowmobile driving license and chainsaw certification, it is an advantage. Knowledge of fire safety and knowledge of locks and alarms are also advantageous.
