About the Role

As a Technician, you will have a varied and independent role responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of technical equipment at customer sites. The work involves troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.

You will have daily contact with customers, acting as the company's face to the outside world, contributing to professional and solution-oriented service. You will plan and structure your workday independently and handle incoming service requests efficiently.

The role also includes managing materials and spare parts, as well as documenting completed work. You will be based in Luleå and work within the region.

We are looking for you who

To thrive and succeed in this role, we look for a strong technical interest and a good sense of service. Furthermore, we prefer that you have:

• Experience in service or technician work, preferably within electrical, mechanical, or similar fields
• Technical education or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience
• Class B Driver's License (required)
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your planning
• Experience with customer contact is an asset
• Solution-oriented, meticulous, and responsible
