About the position

As a technician at Café Bar, you will have a varied and independent role where you are responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of coffee machines and water dispensers at customer sites. You will work with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure that the equipment functions optimally.

The work involves daily contact with customers, where you represent the company and contribute to a high level of service. You plan your workday independently, handle service cases, and ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and with high quality.

The role also includes handling spare parts, documenting completed work, and contributing to improvements in service processes. You will be based in Luleå and work within the region.

We are looking for you who

To enjoy and succeed in the role, we wish that you have a technical interest and a strong sense of service. Furthermore, we wish that you have:

• Experience in service or technician work, preferably in electrical, mechanical, or similar areas
• Technical education or equivalent knowledge acquired through working life
• Class B driver's license (requirement)
• Good ability to work independently and plan your work
• Experience with customer contact and service is an asset
• Are solution-oriented, meticulous, and responsible
