Our stores are run by independent retailers who prioritize service and knowledge, just like us in Boden. We are now looking for a home appliance installer who wants to be part of our team and help our customers in their daily lives. At Elon, customers receive more than just a product; they receive support throughout the entire process, from advice to delivery and installation.

As a home appliance installer with us, you will install appliances for customers while also contributing in-store to provide the best possible service. You will work together with your team to create a positive experience for everyone who visits us. Here, you will also have the opportunity to develop your product knowledge and contribute to a pleasant and welcoming store environment.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Installation of appliances at customer locations, such as washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, and freezers
• Providing basic user information during installation
• Ensuring correct assembly, connection, and that the products function as they should.
• Performing basic troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
• Customer service and sales in our store.

Installation work is only performed on weekdays, and any weekend work will take place in our store.

The position primarily involves work on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00, but weekend work may occur.

Do you have a technical interest and enjoy interacting with customers? You don’t need to know everything about appliance installation from the start; the most important thing is that you are curious, eager to learn, and have a positive attitude towards new challenges.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is practical and enjoys solving technical problems
• Is meticulous and ensures that installations and services are performed correctly
• Takes initiative and is solution-oriented
• Can work independently but enjoys collaborating with colleagues
• Has a flexible attitude and can adapt to different work environments

A key requirement for the role is that you have a B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is also an advantage if you have experience with similar tasks, good English skills, and education in installation or other relevant training.

Employment Type: Permanent. A six-month probationary period applies.
