Lindab Byggpartner is now strengthening its maintenance team and is looking for a driven and solution-oriented industrial electrician who wants to be part of an exciting phase with new machine lines, modernization, and development.

Lindab Byggpartner AB is a well-established company in the construction industry, specializing in the manufacturing of sandwich panels and insulated wall systems. The company has undertaken a strategic relocation of production to Piteå, where modern facilities and new machine lines were commissioned from winter 2024 to spring 2025.

About the Role

As an industrial electrician, you will be a key person in ensuring the operational reliability of production. You will work with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical and automation systems, as well as contribute to the commissioning and improvement of upcoming investments.

You will collaborate closely with mechanics, production staff, and the site manager, and become part of a cohesive team that shares responsibility for stable and effective maintenance work.

Examples of Tasks:

• Troubleshooting and repair of production equipment, sensors, and control systems
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Reporting maintenance activities in MaintMaster
• Active participation in improvement and development projects

Working hours are 2-shift after introduction (day/evening). During the training phase, work will be conducted during the day.

Who Are We Looking For?

You have a background in electrical, automation, or industrial maintenance and thrive in an environment where you can take responsibility, solve problems, and contribute to development. We believe you are meticulous, proactive, and collaborative – and that you want to be part of building a modern production facility.

Requirements:

• High school diploma in electrical/energy technology
• At least 2 years of experience as an industrial electrician or equivalent role
• Experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance in an industrial environment
• Driving license B

Meritorious:

• Electrical authorization (BB1/BB2)
• Experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar)
• Courses in lifts, cranes, electrical safety
• Experience in commissioning or machine startups

Experience from other manufacturing industries – such as wood, steel, paper, or energy – is also valuable.

• Scope: Full-time, 2-shift
• Employment Type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period
• Start Date: As soon as possible or by agreement
