We are now looking for a Property Manager for our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with many development opportunities. This is initially a consulting assignment for 12 months via Unik Resurs, with a very good chance of extension. We apply continuous selection, which means that the assignment may be filled earlier than the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

Siemens Energy Real Estate is now looking for an experienced and self-driven property manager to join our team in Finspång. With us, you will have a key role with significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence both strategically and operationally – in close collaboration with the business and our tenants.

About Us

Real Estate is responsible for all properties used by Siemens Energy AB. You will be part of an engaged team of 3 people, where there are already two property managers. Together, we work to create the best conditions for the business and our tenants.

About the Role:

As a property manager with us, you will have a broad and varied responsibility where you work with both strategic and operational issues related to the property portfolio. You will drive and coordinate the conditions for upcoming projects, manage contracts and rental issues, optimize space utilization, and, together with our 2 property managers, be an important contact person for both internal and external parties. The role also involves contributing to the development and streamlining of our processes and routines.

Examples of Responsibilities:

Management and development of the property portfolio
Project management and coordination of various property-related initiatives
Handling of rental and contractual issues
Contact with tenants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Documentation and administrative work related to property management

Your Profile

Who are you?

You have solid experience in property management, preferably from larger industrial or technology companies.
You have good knowledge of rental law, contract management, and project management.
You are used to working independently, taking initiative, and driving processes forward.
You are communicative and enjoy having many points of contact, both internally and externally.
You have relevant education in property management, technology, law, or equivalent.
