We are looking for a structured and driven Quality Engineer (PQE) for an exciting consulting assignment with one of our clients in the defense industry. The role suits you who thrive in a high-tech production environment and want to ensure quality, traceability, and robust processes in advanced industrial projects.

About the role As a quality engineer, you will be a key person in the work with industrialization and quality assurance. You will be responsible for the development, follow-up, and improvement of quality documentation such as pFMEA, control plans, and qualification of both measurement and manufacturing equipment. The work also includes process and product validation, as well as the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and analyses.

The role involves close collaboration with development, production, and support functions, where you will both drive and convene quality-related issues. You will be a central part of a team working with products where quality and traceability are business-critical.

Requirements We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience as a quality engineer or a similar role in industrialization

• Documented experience in:

  • pFMEA and control plans

  • Qualification of measurement and manufacturing equipment

  • Validation of processes and products

  • Technical documentation (interpretation, reporting, and analysis)

• The ability to work in a structured manner and drive quality issues in cross-functional teams

Meritorious

• Experience from manufacturing industry, preferably within pharmaceuticals, medical technology, or automotive

• Knowledge of quality systems and standards, such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and ISO 45000
