Health and work environment are crucial factors in creating long-term successful organizations. Our 1300 employees at 170 locations deliver health services across the Nordic region every day. Do you want to help make workplaces safer and more sustainable – while contributing to healthier and happier employees? Do you enjoy supporting, motivating, and developing both clients and colleagues? Then we believe you will thrive with us at Avonova! A warm welcome to a team that is passionate about work environment and well-being.

About Us

We work with companies in various industries and assist them with everything from preventive and health-promoting measures to support when something has already happened – at the individual, group, and organizational levels.

As a doctor with us, you will have close contact with employers and the opportunity to influence employees' work environment and health over time. You will work closely with company nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation coordinators, as well as other wonderful colleagues. Together, you support managers, HR, employees, and management in matters concerning health, work environment, rehabilitation, and healthcare.

You can work in one or more of our specialist areas – rehabilitation, occupational medicine, risk use, and preventive health. The tasks are varied and can include everything from counseling and assessments to workplace visits, medical examinations, work ability assessments, planning of interventions, and regular physical doctor visits.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who wants to help develop the future of occupational health and who believes that a sustainable work life is as important as we do. It is a plus if:

  • You are a specialist in occupational medicine or general medicine
  • You can independently perform statutory medical examinations
  • You have a health-promoting perspective and a genuine interest in people and their work environment

To thrive with us, we believe you enjoy working closely with clients, are consultative in your approach, and have your own drive. You like to collaborate with various professions such as company nurses, physiotherapists/ergonomists, behavioral scientists, rehabilitation coordinators, occupational health engineers, and administrators – simply people who, like you, want to make a difference.

We have collective agreements with the Swedish Association of Health Professionals, the Academics' Union, the Swedish Medical Association, and Vision. A background check and drug test will be conducted in connection with employment.

If this sounds interesting, we welcome your application with a CV and cover letter. We work with ongoing selection, so we would like you to send your application as soon as possible. If you want to know more, please contact consulting manager Åsa Björklund at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]).

All offers of recruitment and advertising assistance are declined.
