Product Coordinator at Symposion
Are you an experienced coordinator with strong administrative skills? Symposion, a well-established beverage company in the spirits industry, is looking for a product coordinator who will serve as the coordinating link between suppliers and Systembolaget.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Symposion is a family-owned company that imports whisky and rum from small and large producers around the world. Their philosophy is based on five core values: taste, passion, quality, knowledge, and diversity, which reflects in their corporate culture. As a product coordinator, you will be part of Symposion's product team and will work independently. In your daily work, you will have close contact with their producers to collect and consolidate product information, as well as work administratively with Systembolaget.

- A temporary position lasting until April 1, 2027. Initially, the assignment will be for 6 months, but as long as everyone is satisfied, the contract will be extended within the framework of the temporary position's duration.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for collecting and updating product information from producers
- Communication with Systembolaget and Symposion's product warehouse
- Administration of product samples and marketing materials
- Updating the website/product sheets
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has previous experience in administration and coordination in a similar role, preferably as a product assistant
- Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and is confident in English, as both languages are used daily in the job
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Has good computer skills and experience with the Office suite, and is quick to learn new systems
It is a plus if you have
- Previously worked with WordPress
- An academic degree
- An interest in beverages
