Production Engineer at FUCHS in Västerhaninge

Are you an experienced and solution-oriented production engineer who wants to help continue developing the manufacturing process in our modern facility? We are a modern and automated production facility with high quality demands and a strong ambition to constantly develop. Together we ensure that our products meet the highest possible standards and that our processes are continuously improved.

Your responsibilities as a production engineer:

  • Drive improvement work and contribute to our common goals within Nordic Supply Chain
  • Analyze process data, identify areas for improvement, and develop work on efficiency measurements (OEE)
  • Be an active part of our continued digitization of production
  • Participate in and sometimes lead investment and improvement projects
  • Coordinate external contractors and ensure that HSE regulations are followed
  • Be responsible for supplier service and calibration for spare parts management and the maintenance system MaintMaster
  • Participate in technical investigations and contribute solutions regarding machine and material issues
  • Participate in property-related activities related to the facility

To thrive with us and develop in the role, we are looking for someone who:

  • Has a university degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
  • Has experience in production-related work and a good understanding of process data, preventive and corrective maintenance work
  • Has experience coordinating suppliers and contractors
  • Preferably has experience with SAP and working in maintenance systems
  • Is accustomed to working in the Office suite (including Power BI)
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Furthermore, you are analytical, structured, and meticulous in your work - but also action-oriented when needed. You thrive in an environment where collaboration is at the center and where improvements are a natural part of everyday life. You have a high level of service and contribute to creating good cooperation, both internally and with external suppliers.
