About the Position

In the role of specialist doctor in general medicine, you will encounter an exciting variety of tasks with the opportunity to influence your own work situation and working hours.

You will have the chance to be responsible for a nursing home, and part of your work may also involve mentoring our junior doctors, residents, and specialty trainees. Our focus is on respect for the individual and good collaboration between professions. If interested, there is an opportunity to work some time remotely.

Who Are We?

The Falkenberg Healthcare Center is a pleasant and well-established healthcare center with currently over 11,000 registered patients. We are centrally located in Falkenberg, and the healthcare center is easily accessible via public transport and by car. Well-functioning bus and train services make commuting from Halmstad, Varberg, and Kungsbacka, as well as from Gothenburg, possible.

Here, we have a medical clinic, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychosocial clinic, district nurse clinic, child healthcare, nurse clinics for Asthma/COPD and diabetes, as well as laboratory services. We can offer our patients a range of different group activities.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine. We would like you to be flexible, work in a structured manner, and create conditions for a good flow at the clinic. You are proactive and want to contribute to the development of the organization. We believe in good teamwork where collaboration between our various professions contributes to a positive atmosphere and a professional approach to our residents.

To ensure good and safe communication with colleagues, patients, and other contacts, we require good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
