The company is in an exciting growth phase and is now looking for a Project Manager and Team Leader to help strengthen ENACO's position as a leading partner in critical infrastructure.

About the position

The role of Project Manager and Team Leader combines operational leadership in customer assignments with a clear mission to develop the project department's working methods. The tasks primarily include project management and delivery of customer-specific projects related to critical infrastructure, often linked to data centers. In close collaboration with the sales department, you also contribute in the bidding phase and ensure that contracts and deals create conditions for robust delivery.

You coordinate internal and external resources, monitor time, cost, and quality, and report progress to both customers and internal stakeholders. The assignment includes establishing relevant work documents, leading effective meeting structures, and continuously improving processes and standards so that the team can deliver consistently and predictably.

The assignments span both private and public sectors and include medium and large companies, organizations, and authorities of great importance to society, as well as international companies. Common to the customers are high demands for operational reliability – here you lead technically advanced and socially critical projects with clear impact.

Qualifications and characteristics

To succeed in the role, you need to be a structured and business-minded project manager who thrives in technically demanding assignments and in dialogue with demanding clients. You have solid experience in managing parallel projects from start to finish and move comfortably between planning, coordination, and follow-up.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who has:

• Documented competence in project management.

• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, laws, and standards.

• BAS-P and BAS-U.

• Experience managing projects according to ABT 06.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.

• Driver's license B.

• Personal qualities: organized, proactive, collaborative, and technically curious.

Desirable experiences

• Completed projects in regulated environments (private or public sector)

• Coordination of suppliers and subcontractors in technically demanding projects

• Experience in method and process development within project operations

• Industry certifications or training related to work environment/safety
