Attendo Bergtallsvägen is a special accommodation located near Fruängen with Långbroparken as a neighbor. The facility has 54 apartments with a dementia focus.

About the role

As a group manager, your primary task is to coach and work alongside the team in daily care activities. The role involves a present and supportive leadership in the operations where a larger part of the job is to work with our customers. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your team and are involved in developing and ensuring the quality of the operations in accordance with Attendo's working methods and values.

You work together with two other group managers, collaborating, exchanging ideas, and sharing experiences. As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management team.

Main responsibilities

• Guide and work in daily care activities together with the team.
• Responsible for daily operations and planning on the department/floor for your team
• Personnel responsibility; recruitment, introduction of new employees, development discussions
• Involved in developing and ensuring the quality of the operations

Qualifications

• Trained nursing assistant with professional certification
• Good computer skills
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you also have

• Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning
• Experience in elderly care
