OSTP Group is one of the world's leading manufacturers of welded stainless steel pipes and fittings, with production in Sweden and Finland. The OSTP Group has approximately 500 employees. In Örnsköldsvik, about 150 people work across two factories. Örnsköldsvik plays a key role within the group with the market's broadest product range of stainless steel fittings.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for our machinery and component manufacturing, focusing on developing and optimizing processes for the highest possible quality and efficiency. You will ensure that machines, materials, and production flows operate at their best and drive technical improvements in close collaboration with design. As the coordinator for the machine department, you will create clarity and engagement, develop the team's competence, and establish a working method centered on customer needs and a strong quality focus. By combining technical expertise with present leadership, you will contribute to increased productivity, quality, and long-term competitiveness.

• Responsible for machinery and component manufacturing
• Lead and coordinate the machine department
• Establish a working method based on customer focus
• Procurement of materials such as steel, tools, and hardening
• Develop and support the staff
• Responsible for workplace safety, security issues, and environmental requirements in the area
• Manage inventory of raw materials, semi-finished products, and self-manufactured spare parts

This position is a collective position, and you will work closely with NC technicians within the engineering department.
