As a CNC operator with us, you will work independently to set up, run, and monitor our CNC milling machines. You will be a key person in the production chain and responsible for ensuring that parts are delivered with the highest quality on time.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and Operation: Responsible for the setup and operation of our 3- and 5-axis milling machines.
• Programming: Work on programming new jobs and program adjustments directly in the machine, or in our CAM system.
• Production technicians will assist you.
• Quality Assurance: Perform self-inspections with measuring tools to ensure that products meet specified requirements and drawings.
• Maintenance: Participate in ongoing maintenance work of machines and equipment.
• Optimization: Contribute suggestions for improvements in the production process.

Your Profile/Competence:

• Experience: Documented experience as a CNC operator, specifically focused on milling.
• Machine Knowledge: Good experience handling modern CNC machines and understanding cutting data.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings fluently.
• Control Systems: Experience with relevant control systems, Heidenhain, Fanuc, etc.
