Wood Assembler at Lättelement – Build the Future with Us in Örnsköldsvik

Do you want to become part of Lättelement – the experts in prefabricated timber structures and a reliable partner in the construction industry?

As a wood assembler at Lättelement, you will become part of the production team in Örnsköldsvik. Here, various types of building elements are constructed on production lines – primarily roof elements. Each production line works as its own team, producing elements together from start to finished product.

Your Profile

As a person, you are handy, independent, and responsible. We are looking for an active individual who enjoys physical work, as certain tasks require it. Good technical understanding is an advantage, and experience in reading blueprints is a merit.

You thrive in a group setting, possess strong collaboration skills, and enjoy working in a team. Practical experience in construction is an advantage but is not a requirement for the position. Your personality will carry the most weight. Lättelement will provide new colleagues with internal training and job introductions.

A requirement for applying is that you communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. To be eligible for the job, you must not have asthma or allergies. Lung spirometry (breath test) and drug testing are mandatory and will be conducted at the occupational health center before employment.

Working Hours and Salary

Shift work: 2-shifts – alternating weeks of morning/afternoon shifts. All weekends off.

Fixed salary + profit sharing/annual bonus.
