About the Role

As a warehouse worker, you will be involved in picking and packing goods for customers in over 70 countries. You will handle both business systems and physical handling, contributing to order, quality, and meeting goals and lead times.

The role also means that you may need to substitute for the warehouse coordinator when necessary. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the work in the packing and picking department, ensuring deliveries and quality, training new employees, and staffing where needed. You will also handle picking lists, IT issues at Frånö, and drive improvements within the warehouse and IT. If necessary, you will also support and substitute for the warehouse manager.

Who are you?

You are self-driven, motivated, and meticulous, with experience in warehouse work and familiarity with business systems. You take responsibility for both your own and the team's performance and contribute to a good working environment.

You need to have:

• Experience in warehouse work
• Forklift license (required) and computer/system proficiency
• Ability to work towards goals, maintain order, and support colleagues
