About the role

You will work in our service department assembling, maintaining, repairing, calibrating, and certifying Elpress tools and power sources. The work is varied and includes:

• Assembly, repair, and calibration of tools
• Spare parts management and rental
• Technical support and customer contacts via email/phone
• Administrative tasks in our systems

You have your own responsibility but collaborate closely with an engaged team. Travel within Sweden and to trade fairs may occur.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, driven, and has technical experience, preferably with troubleshooting or service. You work in a structured manner, provide good service, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. You also have:

• Experience in technical work or service
• Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Driver's license B and computer skills
