Job Description

You will be part of a team with operators and technicians in a laser and stamping department. Your work will involve supplying fully automated machines with materials, monitoring the processing process, conducting quality controls, as well as operation and maintenance. You will work with various products as the manufacturing series vary in size. It is required that you are meticulous, flexible in your work, and able to understand instructions. We place high demands on your social skills as collaboration with staff is important. No two days are alike, which means you enjoy facing new challenges and tasks.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in stamping or laser, and who is accustomed to handling machine setups. You are skilled in your craft and have a good ability to read and follow drawings.

Quality and finish are very important to you, and you thrive in a role where you get to work with many different products and find solutions to various problems on your own. Additionally, we see that you have good collaboration skills, are service-oriented, and flexible. You take great personal responsibility and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

We place great importance on personal suitability. As a person, you have personal commitment and a good ability to effectively drive your work and projects forward. You find it easy to collaborate in a team and are good at planning and organizing your work. You are eager to achieve results and meet deadlines with high quality in your work. You read and speak fluent Swedish as work and safety instructions are in Swedish.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Experience with the business system Monitor
• Forklift license
