We develop the skills of managers and employees nationwide, both digitally via Zoom and physically on-site.

About the assignment

Edvida is looking for new educators where you, as an independent consultant, take on educational assignments in specific areas related to your expertise.

The assignment is perfect for you who, alongside your regular job, want to lecture and hold courses as a side job, or for you who already run your own business and see opportunities for collaboration.

Most courses and lectures are shorter, up to a full day, but longer and more extensive courses may also occur.

We are currently seeking expertise in the following themes and areas:

- AI - Usage for managers and leaders

- Trust-based leadership and psychological safety

- Change management

- Creating effective teams

- Recruitment and selection processes

- Labor law and leadership

- Creating engaging and effective meetings

General target group: Managers and leaders in both private and public sectors

If you have expertise in other areas or perhaps have another passion topic, we are open to that and you are welcome to submit proposals for these.

Since most assignments are conducted entirely digitally, there are good opportunities to work with us regardless of where in the country you are located.

Who are you?

In our recruitment processes, we consider three perspectives,

- Adequate education (post-secondary level)

- Documented experience in lecturing and mentoring

- Personal suitability and pedagogical ability

The pedagogical ability has good chances of being developed within the company. Edvida offers all consultants a pedagogical basic training created by a certified vocational teacher and pedagogical coaching.

Employment form

Please note that the assignment does not involve a permanent employment form, but a fee is paid per completed assignment to you as an independent consultant.

The number of assignments can vary from a few per term to larger volumes.
