We are now looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Team at Perstorp Oxo AB. Would you like to be part of an engaged team at a world-leading company in specialty chemicals? Get in touch!

In this role, you will be responsible for our sea transports and external warehouses globally, while working closely with sales, customer service, product managers, global buyers, and the local team at Perstorp Oxo.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing logistics providers
• Purchasing and procurement within the transport area
• Identify cost savings and opportunities for value-adding activities together with our business colleagues
• Address, resolve, and work to minimize quality issues
• Handle complaints
• Customs management
• Integrate safety as a natural part of daily work

Qualifications

• University degree in logistics or equivalent
• Work experience in the logistics field, preferably handling sea transports
• Ability to network internally and externally and work effectively with remote colleagues
• Ability to communicate in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing
• Proficiency in Office Suite, including MS Excel and Power BI
• Desirable:
  • Previous experience with SAP, Transporeon, and other TM systems
  • A background in the chemical or technical industry
  • Customs management

You have the ability to identify opportunities, prioritize, and take action as needed while working towards set deadlines. You are open to learning and developing new skills and possess a certain degree of analytical thinking.
