Your Role

As a Warehouse Manager at Mölndal Energi, you will play a central role in ensuring an efficient, safe, and well-organized warehouse operation. You will be the one who ensures that the right materials are in the right place at the right time, a key person in the flow that keeps our operations running.

You will be responsible for the entire warehouse process, from receiving and storing to distribution and documentation. This includes planning, structuring, and optimizing warehouse spaces, coordinating incoming goods, and ensuring that our warehouse management systems are always up to date.

You will work closely with colleagues in several departments and have an important role in coordination and accessibility for operations, maintenance, and project implementations.

Part of your mission is also to develop our working methods and routines. You will identify improvement opportunities, initiate changes, and drive development forward - always with a focus on efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring order and structure in warehouse spaces and planning service and inspections of inventory and equipment.
• Using and maintaining warehouse management systems to keep inventory balances updated.
• Receiving and inspecting deliveries, communicating with relevant departments, and coordinating the distribution of materials to projects and operations.
• Working systematically with safety, training, and work environment, both for yourself and for colleagues.
• Documenting warehouse activities, following up, and producing reports that support improvement work.

You will report to the maintenance manager and become part of an engaged team that together contributes to Mölndal Energi's ability to deliver sustainable energy with high operational reliability.

Who Are You

You have a high school education as a foundation, preferably supplemented with post-secondary studies in logistics or warehouse management. You have several years of experience in warehouse work or logistics, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.

You are accustomed to working with warehouse management systems and have good computer skills, including Office programs. A forklift license is a requirement.

We believe you are a structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented person who thrives on responsibility and has the ability to create order in complex flows. You are communicative and easily collaborate with different functions in the organization.
