Hello! I am now looking for more wonderful assistants to join my team. I am a 30-year-old man in a wheelchair living in my own apartment in Mölndal. I need help with personal care and other everyday situations where we together form a team to make daily life as natural as possible. You who are applying should be eager to come up with activities and enjoy doing things outside the home. From Monday to Friday, I attend a daily activity program. You do not need any special education, as our personal chemistry is what matters most. We will work closely and intensively together, and you will learn the necessary skills on-site through shadowing. It is important for me to feel safe with you, which requires you to be flexible, calm, empathetic, and responsible.

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute with work as needed. The working hours are distributed over all hours of the day, which you should be positively inclined to. Example working hours: 08:45-20:00, 09:00-21:00, 20:00-09:00. There is double assistance between 09:00-21:00.
