Bar Manager at Sjöbris – Lead our fantastic bartending team!

Are you an experienced bartender with leadership skills and a passion for service? Sjöbris is now looking for a driven and dedicated bar manager who wants to take our bar team to the next level.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a bar manager at Sjöbris, you play a key role in the operation. You are responsible for ensuring that the bar maintains the highest quality – both in terms of service, drinks, and workflow. The work is varied and fast-paced, with late nights, high tempo, and a fantastic team spirit. In summer, this is where the action is, with a high pace & enjoyable menus. In autumn, winter & spring, we shift to a slightly calmer pace and become more of a neighborhood pub. You work closely with the restaurant manager, exchanging thoughts & ideas.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead and develop the team together with the restaurant manager – motivate, support, and ensure that everyone works cohesively.

• Ensure quality in service and drinks – keep the bar updated with new, exciting drinks and ensure a high standard.

• Be responsible for purchasing and inventory for the bar – ensure that the right products are in place.

• Financial monitoring – analyze the bar's results and optimize sales.

• Maintain order and cleanliness – ensure that the bar is well-organized, clean, and follows company procedures and policies.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone who:

✔ Has previous experience as a bartender and is used to high tempo.

✔ Is structured and responsible, with good leadership skills.

✔ Has an eye for detail and ensures that everything runs smoothly.

✔ Is passionate about service, sales, and creating a wonderful atmosphere.

✔ Is a team player, but can also work independently and make quick decisions.
