My name is Stefan, and I work as the head chef at Artonnittiosju. We need to expand our team, and I am looking for a chef who is passionate about cooking, focuses on the guest, and wants every experience for our guests to be a memory to cherish. Our lovely restaurant, located in the heart of Elite Hotel Mimer, strives to always be the place where good memories are created. Are you the one we are looking for? 

Working as a chef must start with a passion for cooking and creating exciting flavor combinations. But the profession involves so much more; it’s not just about creativity but also about logistics, planning, finance, and teamwork!

Regardless of the restaurant, the kitchen feels like a place where different strengths can come together and learn from each other – that’s how I’ve always wanted it to be with us. As a restaurant in a hotel, we have a business that almost operates around the clock, which also means that we work with much more than just à la carte. We get to work with large orders as well as tasting menus, and that happens every week.

We work in a new, fresh kitchen that is open to the restaurant so that we always have contact with the service, control over the dining room, and so that our guests can see both us and our cooking.
