Södra Lapplands Parish is looking for a congregational home host/hostess for a temporary position from 2026-01-01 to 2026-06-30.

The position is 75 % and is based in Dorotea-Risbäck Congregation.

About the position

As a congregational home host/hostess in Dorotea-Risbäck Congregation, you play a central role in the daily life of the congregation. You are an important part of the parish's work team and contribute to creating a welcoming and pleasant environment in our congregational premises.

Your responsibilities include:

• taking primary responsibility for cleaning, maintenance, and supervision of the congregational home’s premises
• providing light catering for congregational activities, groups, and other needs as required by the operations based on existing permits.
• ensuring compliance with hygiene and health regulations
• assisting with key management and providing instructions on routines to individuals renting the congregation's premises.

• is flexible, responsible, and independent, with the ability to plan and organize your work.
• has good teamwork skills and enjoys interacting with colleagues, volunteers, and congregation members of all ages
• feels at home in the values and beliefs of the Church of Sweden and sees your work as part of the congregation's community

Qualifications

• Membership in the Church of Sweden
• B driver's license
• Experience in similar work within service, cleaning, or large kitchens is an advantage
