As a Coffee Shop Manager, you will run your own coffee shop in accordance with our vision, values, and policies. You will therefore have overall responsibility for your coffee shop, which includes sales, results, work environment, food safety, cleanliness, and staff responsibility. 90% of the job is spent behind the bar with your team, so it is important that you are a person who leads others by supporting, coaching, and setting a good example. We are looking for someone who:

• Has had personnel responsibility before and is used to leading other people
• Wants to work in operations alongside the team and deliver great service to our guests
• Takes initiative and is driven to work in a fast-paced environment
• Has an understanding of finance and knowledge in analyzing and influencing financial results
• Values cleanliness and routines highly in their work and has an eye for detail
• Is used to working towards set goals and understands the importance of follow-up
• Has experience in sales and service, preferably in a leadership position
• Is driven to work with people and values community and collaboration
