As a Shift Leader at MAX

you are a key person in the restaurant's daily operations. You lead the team on-site, ensure that our guests receive the best possible service, and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level in terms of quality, pace, and service. You have an overview of the entire operation: from the kitchen and cash register to dining and outdoor seating. Together with your colleagues, you create a workplace where joy, community, and development are at the center.

You are a role model who leads by being present, engaged, and solution-oriented. You enjoy seeing your colleagues grow and develop, and you understand the importance of always putting the guest first.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team in daily operations
• Ensure that guests receive a world-class service experience
• Plan, staff, and train in all areas of the restaurant
• Maintain an overview of the kitchen, cash register, dining room, and outdoor environment
• Contribute to keeping the restaurant clean, fresh, and welcoming
