YOUR ROLE

As a chef at Baldergymnasiet, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving high-quality lunches. The work also includes special diets, self-control, hygiene routines, as well as dishwashing and the daily operation of the kitchen. You will work closely with colleagues and have contact with both students and staff, making the role both social and varied.

The goal is always the same: to serve good, well-prepared, and nutritious food that students enjoy and benefit from.

YOUR COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone with a culinary education or experience working in restaurants, large kitchens, or school kitchens. You have good knowledge of special diets, food hygiene, and large kitchen operations, and you are confident in your professional role.

You are responsible, structured, and solution-focused. At the same time, you have a good demeanor, enjoy working with people, and thrive in an environment where young people are at the center. You work well both independently and in collaboration with others.

Good knowledge of Swedish is a requirement, and digital skills are an advantage.
