Job Responsibilities – Coordination and planning within home care in Värmdö

• Staffing and scheduling personnel based on the needs of the business and current assignments
• Responsible for the daily planning of services and providers in consultation with the unit manager
• Be the link between the customer, staff, relatives, and management
• Handle customer inquiries, changed needs, and urgent events in daily life
• Ensure that services are performed according to the applicable implementation plan and quality requirements
• Participate in improvement work and contribute to a good work environment and good routines
• Support and guide staff in their daily work
• Administer and document in the operational system and support in digital tools

Qualifications and experience for the role of coordinator in home care

• You have a nursing assistant education
• You have previous experience working in home care, care, or similar service professions
• Experience in coordination, planning, or scheduling is an advantage
• Good computer skills and comfort in working with operational systems and digital documentation
• A driving license (B) is required, as the job sometimes involves transportation in Värmdö
• You speak and write Swedish fluently
