Job Description
We are now looking for an experienced support technician for our client in Hässleholm. In this role, you will have technical responsibility to coach and support your colleagues in the support team. You will be welcomed into a competent IT team where collaboration and professionalism are in focus. The role involves an exciting combination of qualified troubleshooting (1st/2nd line) and participation in user-focused project work where you should have an ambition to deliver high support and assist in IT delivery and projects.
In this senior role, you act as an important link between 1st and 2nd line support. Your mission is to solve complex cases that extend beyond traditional helpdesk and to drive the enhancement of technical competence within the team.
You will act as a technical coach and mentor for 1st line support and drive projects focusing on the user-centric IT environment.
You will also ensure an efficient and well-functioning IT delivery through qualified troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
- Act as a technical coach and mentor for 1st line support.
- Drive projects focusing on the user-centric IT environment.
- Ensure an efficient and well-functioning IT delivery through qualified troubleshooting.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with solid technical competence and experience working in a support role where you have utilized deeper knowledge than a pure helpdesk function.
- At least 3 years of independent support work experience (1st/2nd line).
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 11.
- Strong experience in client management and hardware troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Active Directory and basic networking concepts (troubleshooting switches, firewalls, and client connections).
Preferred:
- Experience working with PowerShell for automation.
