About Humana Björnö – Focus on quality of life and quality of care
Humana Björnö is a modern facility that opened in September 2021, where we focus on quality, person-centered care, and thoughtful design. Our facility has 60 apartments divided into dementia and somatic care. Here, we offer a wonderful working environment with great facilities such as a cozy garden with a greenhouse and a gym.

About the Position – Clinical responsibility and safe care
In the role of nurse with us, you will have independent and important clinical responsibility for our residents' health and well-being. You are the trusted expert who leads the health and medical work at the facility daily and ensures high patient safety.
You will be an active and present employee who, in close collaboration with nursing staff, rehabilitation staff, group leaders responsible for SoL, and the operations manager, ensures that we comply with laws and agreements and develop relationships with residents and relatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Perform independent medical assessments, treatments, and nursing interventions.
- Be responsible for establishing, following up, and evaluating care plans and medical prescriptions.
- Delegate health and medical tasks (HSL interventions) in a patient-safe manner and provide guidance and professional development to nursing staff.
- Lead and coordinate daily nursing work and be a pedagogical support for colleagues in medical matters.
- Drive and follow up on systematic quality work within the HSL area, including deviation management.
- Collaborate with doctors, rehabilitation staff, and external care providers to ensure a comprehensive solution for our residents.

We are looking for someone who is a confident and communicative person with a genuine interest in elderly care. You are solution-oriented and see opportunities rather than obstacles.
As a person, you are structured and have the ability to work independently and take your own initiatives. At the same time, you are a good team player who enjoys developing and finding the best solutions together with your team.
Your skills and experience:- Licensed nurse – a requirement.
- Several years of experience as a nurse in elderly care/geriatrics is highly meritorious.
- You are a good administrator with good computer skills and knowledge of relevant journal systems.
- You express yourself fluently in Swedish in both speech and writing.
- We place great emphasis on personal suitability and that you share our values.
Practical information
- Working hours and employment rate: Permanent employment 80-100%, daytime. Weekend work as a nurse is included according to schedule.
- Salary: Individual salary setting according to agreement.
- Start date: According to agreement. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
