Marketing Coordinator at DM TAK – Shape the Future with Us

Do you want to help strengthen the brand of one of Stockholm's most established roofing companies? By understanding our target audience and conveying our message through speech, text, image, form, and color, you can create impact and drive significant traffic to the company. At DM TAK, we are looking for a driven, results-oriented, and creative Marketing Coordinator who wants to help strengthen our brand and contribute directly to our continued growth.

About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be a central part of our marketing team and play a key role in how we communicate and grow. You will work both strategically and practically, where creation, structure, and execution go hand in hand.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating content that drives traffic and generates leads.
• Working with Google Ads and SEO in collaboration with external specialists.
• Planning and executing trade shows, seminars, and other events.
• Creating materials for both digital and print channels.
• Planning and ensuring photography, filming, and drone flights (often performed by external professionals).
• Driving and coordinating PR activities and sponsorship efforts.
• Writing articles and creating current content with short lead times.
• Coordinating projects with other departments and management — and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Following up, analyzing, and optimizing marketing efforts for maximum effectiveness.

We work according to clear and proven principles for communication, market research, and design. You will receive training in these principles and are expected to use them as a foundation in your work — while also contributing your own creativity and sense of expression.

About You

We believe you have learned marketing, communication, and creation in one way or another — through work, projects, personal drive, or education. 

We are looking for someone who:

• Is quick, action-oriented, and self-sufficient.
• Enjoys creating, testing, improving, and making things happen.
• Has an eye for color, form, image, and communication.
• Has the ability to collaborate, coordinate, and drive projects to deadlines.
• Is comfortable with digital tools and has basic knowledge of:
  • WordPress
  • Canva
  • Google Analytics
  • Microsoft Office
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop

Preferred (but not required):

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Google Tag Manager or UTM tags.
• Experience in photography, filming, or production coordination.

We value attitude, drive, and the willingness to develop over formal qualifications.
