Maintenance Technician Wanted at Kemetyl in Jordbro

We are seeking a responsible and unpretentious maintenance technician who is proactive, solution-oriented, and driven by improvements. You collaborate well in a team and actively contribute to a good team spirit, while also being able to work independently and take responsibility for maintenance and projects. You are innovative, analytical, and have a strong drive to develop both processes and routines.

Working Hours:

06:30–16:15 (Mon–Thu), 06:30–12:00 (Fri), (The position involves standby duty until 22:00, with telephone support until 23:00. Standby duty usually occurs for two weeks at a time, with shift work during the period from September to February.)

Responsibilities:

Daily maintenance and troubleshooting of production lines (mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, servomotors, robots, compressed air, hoses, sensors)
Basic electrical work: ventilation, lighting, sprinkler systems (~10% of the time)
Planned preventive maintenance and follow-up
Train operators in basic maintenance tasks
Participate in installations, requirements specification, and testing of new machines
Standby duty

Requirements for the Position

At least 3 years of experience in production technology or maintenance
Very good knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and servomotors
Basic knowledge of PLC: troubleshooting and schematic understanding
Good knowledge of Swedish and English (for technical support)

Meritorious

Experience with flammable products, ATEX training
Robot programming
Cutting machining, welding, and piping
Experience from sprinkler systems or process industry
Knowledge of spare parts management and documentation
Hot work certificate
Technical hobbies
