About the Assignment

We are looking for an operational buyer with strong system skills and a good understanding of material flows. In this role, you will be responsible for orders, order follow-up, and communication with suppliers to ensure that the right materials are in place at the right time.

You will work in a dynamic purchasing environment with a focus on accuracy, planning, and service. The role suits you who thrive in a structured and process-driven everyday life where both collaboration and independent responsibility are important.

Examples of Job Responsibilities

Placing purchase orders in SAP

Monitoring orders from placement to delivery

Planning materials based on needs and forecasts

Daily contact with internal and external suppliers

Inventory of materials at subcontractors

Handling and follow-up of supplier invoices

Requirements Profile

At least 2 years of post-secondary education in purchasing, economics, or logistics – or equivalent experience

Experience in operational purchasing

Good system skills in SAP and Excel

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Service-oriented with good communication skills

Swedish and English in spoken and written form

Preferred: experience with controlled processes, e.g. ISO9001
