About the position

We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar leadership role for a few years and has experience from both the green side and the construction side. You will have a combination of operational and administrative responsibilities, where you work closely with your team in the field and create structure in the office. You will be responsible for planning and following up on projects, budgets, and results, creating smooth workflows, and maintaining close communication with clients and subcontractors. Who are you?

• You have completed a horticultural education and experience in construction work.
• At least two years of experience in leadership.
• Accustomed to calculating jobs and planning projects.
• Structured, results-oriented, and skilled at juggling multiple tasks.
• Confident leader who fosters engagement and well-being.
• Combines quality thinking with cost awareness and efficiency.
• Positive team player with a B driver's license.
