We offer a rewarding and developing temporary position for about a year with a man in his 30s who needs your support in his work at various workplaces and at Daily Activities.

We are looking for someone who has personal suitability for the assignment. You are responsible, structured, and punctual while being creative, positive, cheerful, flexible, and attentive. You have a good ability to sense the client's daily condition and create a good day based on that.

It is an advantage if you have experience with sign language support and visual aids, and if you have previously worked with individuals on the autism spectrum.

A driver's license is required as the client has their own car that the assistant will drive.

The client has a great sense of humor and is interested in emergency vehicles, painting, ball sports like bowling, and outdoor work.

On days when there is no daily activity for various reasons, it will be your task to come up with stimulating and developing activities. Together with you as an assistant, the client can continue to develop, and it is positive if you try new things to do.

We are looking for a man or woman who wants to provide the client with the best possible assistance. The chemistry and interaction between you as an assistant and the client are crucial for the quality and experience of the work. You can work both independently and in a group. You are active and enjoy being outdoors.

You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

A requirement is that you have a driver's license and are smoke-free.

The employment form is a fixed-term position with a possibility of extension. The extent is about 80%, and working hours are scheduled during the day. We offer hourly wages according to agreement, ongoing training, and regular workplace meetings. Start as soon as possible.
