As part of our Product Positioning team, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping gas turbine customers transition to sustainable solutions while driving growth for our business. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Organize and moderate co-creation workshops with key customers, turning ideas into actionable solutions that drive decarbonization.
• Partner with client-facing roles to equip them with insights, tools, and confidence to proactively engage customers on decarbonization strategies.
• Engage early in project development to identify and grow business opportunities in decarbonization, influencing outcomes from the start.
• Continuously feedback emerging trends and customer needs to our strategy managers, ensuring our offerings stay relevant and competitive.
• Act as a key stakeholder in the Strategic Portfolio Management process, guiding decisions so we develop the right products for tomorrow’s energy landscape.
• Understand the values and needs of our main customer segments to tailor impactful solutions for the energy transition.

What You Bring

• Preferably a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (technical or commercial) combined with multiple years of experience in Industrial Power Generation or Oil & Gas, with a track record of delivering results in complex, global environments.
• You thrive in front of customers, tackling business challenges with a consultative approach and building trust through insight and professionalism.
• You work autonomously and bring a hunger for developing innovative strategies that drive growth and transformation.
• You don’t give up easily, embrace new ways of thinking, and bring a can-do attitude to every challenge.
• Deep experience across both commercial and technical domains, enabling you to connect the dots and deliver holistic solutions.
