Do you want to help enable water flows for the society of the future?

At our client, you will become a key person in developing sustainable water and wastewater solutions, where knowledge, quality, and community permeate all work. Here, you will work closely with both design and production in a flat and unpretentious organization.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client is a Swedish company specializing in the development and manufacturing of pump stations for drinking water, stormwater, and wastewater. Their products play a central role in the water and wastewater infrastructure (the water and wastewater industry) by ensuring the efficient transport of water to households and industries, as well as directing wastewater to treatment plants. The company is a leading player in the water and wastewater industry and part of a larger group. They develop and manufacture sustainable pump stations and pressure boosting stations for the Nordic market. Through technology, experience, and commitment, they deliver reliable and efficient water and wastewater solutions that contribute to a more sustainable society.

As a designer at our client, you will be a key person in the entire process – from design, sizing, and construction to prefabrication and assembly of piping systems. You will work with both standardized solutions and customized designs for concrete pump stations. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, production, and assembly. You will contribute technical expertise, advice, and problem-solving ability in all project phases. Here, you will have the opportunity to continuously develop – both technically and personally – in an organization that values curiosity and learning.

As a consultant, you will be based at our client's office in Västerås and work closely with production, giving you a unique insight into how their products are manufactured and used in reality. Since our client has several locations, some travel around the country may occur.

You will be offered

  • To be part of a culture based on the following values: Community, Knowledge, and Quality
  • To be part of a flat and unpretentious organization where decision-making paths are short and engagement is high.
  • Professional development and continuous learning

  • Access to benefits such as wellness grants and our benefits portal.
