Linjemontage – a leading player in power supply solutions – is now seeking a Junior Operational HSEQ Resource to strengthen and develop our projects in overhead lines, cable laying, and substations up to 400kV, based in Västerås.

Responsibilities As an operational HSEQ resource, you play an important role in our projects and operations as support and cultural bearer. We need you to have a strong interest in HSEQ issues and some experience in construction and civil engineering work. In collaboration with project managers, site managers, assemblers, and subcontractors, you help create safe workplaces and facilities with the highest quality for our customers. With us, you have good opportunities to manage your planning in the way you see best for the project/company. You have freedom under responsibility and the mandate to make the decisions necessary to succeed in your role as an operational HSEQ resource. You work with a focus on projects and are also part of the Linjemontage HSEQ team that works on development throughout the company. The work involves a significant presence in our projects, primarily in the local area, but there may also be travel throughout Sweden. When you are not out in the projects, your natural workplace is our office in Västerås.

In Västerås, you share an open office landscape with colleagues representing our entire operation. We are already running several projects in the local area and have several new projects underway.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Some experience in construction and civil engineering projects
• Some knowledge of Swedish work environment and environmental legislation
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• B driver's license for manual transmission passenger car

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Basic knowledge of electrical safety legislation and ESA
• Basic training in Construction Work Environment Coordination
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
• Experience in HSEQ work within construction and civil engineering projects
• Experience working for customers with high demands and expectations
• Good knowledge of Croatian or another related language
