We provide comprehensive property management, and among our clients are housing cooperatives, rental properties, commercial premises, and private property owners.

Responsibilities and Tasks

With us, craftsmen and technicians work with everything needed in and around our clients' properties to take care of them in the best way, from repairs and maintenance services to renovations and reconstructions.

As an electrician/control and regulation technician in our Uppsala department, you will, together with management and colleagues, plan your workday to prioritize and manage the incoming cases. We take on cases with a wide variety of complexity and scope. This means that the work can be performed both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.

In the role of electrician/control and regulation technician, we offer you the opportunity to use your analytical skills and technical expertise to plan, estimate prices, and assess time requirements for upcoming projects.

Requirements Profile

To thrive and succeed in this role, you have:

• Electrician training and approximately 5 years of work experience in the profession
• Good knowledge of control and regulation technology
• Good understanding of how heating, water, and ventilation systems work
• Good skills in troubleshooting, repair, and new installation within electrical, control, and regulation technology
• You have previously worked with follow-up programs such as Momentum or similar
• You are self-driven, solution-oriented, and have a high sense of service and understand the importance of accuracy
• You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as most of the work takes place in people's home environments
• Good computer skills are necessary as all reporting is done digitally
• A valid driver's license (B) is required
