About the role

As a maintenance electrician/automation technician at Erasteel, your tasks will include preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment. You will establish and maintain round lists and report back in the IFS maintenance system. In addition, you will be responsible for control before commissioning and ensuring that documentation during work is performed/updated. The areas of work include industrial control systems, electrical installations, and electrical power. You will also participate in projects as needed and maintain contact with suppliers.

You will be part of a team that together is responsible for repairs and maintenance of production machines and ancillary equipment.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Electrical engineering high school education, or equivalent education or work experience
• Several years of experience as an electrician
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Driver's license B

It is an advantage if you have previous experience as an industrial electrician and knowledge of programmable control systems such as ABB, Mitsubishi, and Siemens. Knowledge in electrical power or experience with low current is also advantageous.
