Operations Manager Warehouse

Are you a driven and experienced leader looking for an exciting challenge? We are seeking an interim operations manager for our warehouse who wants to make a difference. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for warehouse operations and personnel management for all employees in the warehouse.

You should be solution-oriented and analytical in your work. As the operations manager, you will be stationed at our warehouse or e-commerce client and responsible for the work that the warehouse staff performs there. You will work closely with the client and strategically to meet and exceed their goals, reporting regularly to the product manager who is part of the management team. You will primarily work with:

Ensuring production follows established routines and meets departure times.
Planning and distributing daily work in production. Providing clear instructions and expectations to staff during their shifts.
Personnel responsibility for the staff working in production. Monitoring performance and further developing staff.
Ensuring that staff perform their tasks correctly, quickly, and with high quality.
Leading and coaching staff to ensure they have the conditions to produce according to expectations, including personnel responsibility.
Communicating goals, outcomes, and deviations to employees.
Ensuring that all staff have the best possible conditions to do their job, such as information, training, follow-up, routines, and instructions.
Ensuring that staff have the right tools to perform their work.
Planning and further developing production together with other managers for increased efficiency, quality, and safety, e.g., new working methods, processes, routines, and tools.
Ensuring a safe and secure workplace. Actively working for a good workplace that complies with laws and regulations, promotes a positive culture, and ensures work is performed according to the client's guidelines and rules.
