About the position

As an ILS analyst, you will work in an engineering and analytical capacity to plan and optimize the support needs for complex systems throughout their lifecycle. The focus is on ensuring maintainability, cost-effectiveness, and high operational availability at the lowest possible lifecycle cost. You will develop support plans, conduct fault and cost analyses, and ensure that the system designs can be supported by effective maintenance, supply, and training logistics.

A central part of the role is that you:

  • conduct calculations and analyses, such as reliability and lifecycle cost analyses
  • evaluate maintainability and the need for spare parts and tools related to specific products
  • develop and update maintenance plans, instructions, and registers of supplies and spare parts.

Your qualifications

As a person, you thrive in structured and systematic work, are motivated by technical challenges, and appreciate combining analysis with collaboration in cross-functional teams.

We see that you have:

  • experience in technical analyses in areas such as reliability, maintenance, ILS/LSA, or similar
  • experience in one or more of the following: reliability analyses (ARMS), lifecycle cost analyses (LCC), failure mode analysis (FMECA), maintenance preparation and spare parts optimization, maintenance planning
  • Technical education, such as a master's degree in engineering, bachelor's degree in engineering, or vocational training
  • good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience from industries with a clear maintenance and safety focus, such as railways, automotive industry, defense sector, military operations, or nuclear power, is an advantage.
