Your Responsibilities

As an occupational therapist at Mo Gård, you will work with functional and activity assessments. You will be responsible for prescribing, testing, and following up on assistive devices. Furthermore, you will educate and supervise staff in basic transfer techniques, etc.

You will work closely with unit managers at our residences and be part of our central health and medical care organization, led by our medically responsible nurse. Together with colleagues such as nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and consultants, you will collectively be responsible for all health and medical care within the LSS operations.

The work is largely independent, and you will be the sole professional in your field in Enköping. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy working in a cross-professional manner and in close collaboration with other professional groups. You will also have a close dialogue with the regional manager, who is responsible for the broader part of your role.

You are a qualified occupational therapist with several years of work experience in the profession and experience in the disability field, preferably within LSS and/or psychiatry. Experience in LSS operations is highly valued, and if you have also worked in psychiatry, it is particularly meritorious.

We see that you are responsible, self-assured, and have a genuine commitment to putting the individual in focus. You have a good ability to empathize with and understand other people's life situations.

We offer employment with a monthly salary according to agreement and based on individual salary setting. We may apply a probationary period, and the start date will be agreed upon.

A prerequisite for employment is that you can show us your certification, a criminal record extract, and that you have a driver's license for a manual car.
