About the position

As a property technician, you will have an independent and continuous responsibility for corrective maintenance and operational issues for approximately 300 apartments in Borlänge and Falun. You will be based in Falun with your team and work across both locations. In this role, you contribute to the overall results of the region and play an important part in ensuring that Sveafastigheter lives up to its core values: long-term, present, innovative, and businesslike.

Your tasks include, for example:

• Receiving, managing, and resolving maintenance requests
• Routine inspections and troubleshooting for minor repairs and maintenance work (replacement of fridge/freezer/stove as applicable)
• Ordering and following up on repairs and maintenance actions
• Changing filters and general oversight of ventilation systems, heating systems, and heat pumps, as well as any plumbing work
• Problem-solving for the property's technical systems, such as indoor climate, heating, and ventilation
• Supervision and inspection of the internal and external environment
• Conducting apartment inspections.

About you

Formal requirements:

• High school education in technology; knowledge of HVAC/control and regulation and/or electrical systems is advantageous
• Several years of work experience in the property industry or similar
• Driver's license (B)
• Basic IT skills
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
