ÖoB in Skänninge is now looking for a customer-focused and development-oriented Deputy Store Manager with experience in leadership and retail.

As a Deputy Store Manager, you are a key person in the store's management team and work closely with the Store Manager, responsible for operations, sales, and creating a positive and developing work environment. You help drive the business forward, both operationally and strategically.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Deputy Store Manager (Assistant Store Manager) or as a department manager, who has the ambition to eventually step up to the role of Store Manager. You are a confident and engaged leader who serves as a role model for your colleagues and is motivated to develop both employees and the business.

You are responsible, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy working with people. You have an interest in retail and leadership and see opportunities to grow with new challenges. The role involves many points of contact, which requires good communication skills as well as the ability to plan and organize your work.

We are looking for someone who is self-driven and goal-oriented, with the drive to contribute to sales, employee development, and good results, always in line with ÖoB's concept and work model.

Experience in a leadership position within retail or grocery is an advantage, as well as experience in large-scale operations and forklift certification.

The position is a part-time temporary position, 35 hours/week, starting 1/1 2026, lasting approximately 1 year. Working hours are varied and include evenings and weekends.
